How do I cancel my subscription?
Email hello@lorkon.ai with the subject line “Cancel” from the email on your account, or cancel from the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Removal requests we already submitted continue to process through the end of the current billing period.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
On annual plans, email us within 30 days of your first paid charge asking for a refund. We refund that charge in full and cancel your subscription. Details are in Section 11 of the Terms.
How does the spam-call refund work?
If, after 30 days of active removal on a paid plan, your weekly spam-call count has not gone down, email us and we will refund the current subscription period. You need an active subscription, must have submitted the identifiers we need, and must compare call counts over consistent 7-day windows.
How do I submit a CCPA / CPRA / state-law privacy request?
Email hello@lorkon.ai with the subject “Privacy request” from the address on your account. Tell us the specific right you want to exercise (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, appeal). We acknowledge within 10 days and respond substantively within 45 days. What data broker sites are covered?
Lorkon monitors over 1,000 active data brokers and people-search sites in the U.S. directory, and continuously adds new sources. Your free scan shows verified live hits against 7 major reverse-phone sites and an open-web search against your number.
Can Lorkon remove a government record or public filing?
No. State and federal public records (court records, real-estate deeds, official filings) generally cannot be removed by a third party. What Lorkon can do is help you reformat how you appear in those records going forward (for example, through a privacy-structured LLC and registered agent) so that future filings do not expose you.
Is Lorkon a law firm or Consumer Reporting Agency?
Neither. Lorkon is a privacy-technology company. We operate as your authorized agent under state privacy laws to submit removal, opt-out, and correction requests on your behalf. Lorkon is not a Consumer Reporting Agency under the FCRA and our reports cannot be used for employment screening, credit eligibility, tenant screening, or insurance underwriting.
How do I report an accessibility issue?
Email hello@lorkon.ai with the subject line “Accessibility” and a description of the issue. We target compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and take accessibility reports seriously.
How do I report a security issue?
Email hello@lorkon.ai with the subject line “Security” and, if possible, a proof-of-concept. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before publicly disclosing. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty but we are always open to connecting with researchers who help us keep our members safe.
